How to join
If you are living within our catchment area and would like to join the Southwell U3A, or if you just want to find out more about us and what we have to offer you are very welcome to come to one of our Monthly Meetings as a visitor. You can come to two meetings before deciding whether or not to join. Whilst you are there you can pick up an application form for membership and meet the group leaders and other members of the U3A.
Alternatively you can contact us for more information via the

What does your membership give you?
1. Your subscription entitles you to attend the
monthly meetings, to receive copies of Newsline, our monthly newsletter, and the national magazines, U3A News and Sources, and to attend group meetings.
2. Membership starts on the date of your application and becomes due for renewal on the anniversary of that date. You may attend up to two events before deciding whether to join.
3. On payment you are given a membership card. Your name, address, telephone number, email and emergency contact number are recorded in the membership database, which is used only by Southwell U3A.
4. Members are encouraged to wear a name badge at meetings as this helps everyone to get to know one another more easily.
5. Copies of the
